Bellbird is an artisan bakery specialising in sourdough bread and French pastries based in Christchurch, NZ.
We produce authentic French viennoiserie, sourdoughs, ciabattas and baguettes. Our bread is made with organic or spray-free flour, all sourced within the Canterbury region. We use traditional techniques and long fermentation to bring you the most delicious baked goods in town.
Come and Visit Us
Our bakery is located in the beautiful Tannery complex in Woolston, Christchurch.
We also have a stall within the centrally located Riverside Market.

You can find our delicious bread and pastries at two weekend farmers’ markets in Christchurch.
We also supply some retailers, cafes and restaurants around town.
