At Bellbird, we live by the adage “Good bread takes time”. Our bread is made with organic and/or spray-free flour, sourced within the Canterbury region. We specialize in sourdough bread, which starts with just three basic ingredients: flour, water and salt. Each loaf is hand-shaped and undergoes a slow fermentation over 18+ hours at a cool temperature. The result is a nutritious, digestible and flavourful loaf. Choose from sourdoughs, French- or Italian-style loaves and taste the difference!
