Our viennoiserie is made using traditional methods, layering butter carefully and allowing the dough to ferment, resulting in a flaky and tender pastry. We favour simple and high-quality ingredients, such as real NZ butter, local free-range eggs, organic cane sugar, fair-trade chocolate, and locally grown and milled flour.
