Our ‘Pastry of the Month’ tradition is now well established.
Every month for the past year or so we’ve been developing a new pastry to add variety to our existing range. We offer these ‘one-off’ pastries for a month only to keep things fresh and interesting. The pastry this month is a Lemon & Poppy Seed Bun – which also happens to be vegan. 🙂
Some pastries have proven very popular and will definitely be back. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions!
We enjoy the challenge to create new products. The baker who comes up with the initial idea is usually responsible for the whole product development process until everyone is happy with the finished result.
