Each month we will bring a new pastry to add variety to our existing range.
This month we’ve combined the delicious flavours of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts in a pocket of croissant pastry, topped with a dark chocolate ganache and whole hazelnuts. The hazelnuts are grown by White Heart in Tai Tapu while the 70% dark chocolate is made by Trade Aid right here in Christchurch.
