Fig & Fennel Sourdough
From July 1st until August 31st, the Pastry of the Month gives way to a “Winter special” sourdough. Juicy figs and toasted fennel seeds are added to our signature sourdough to produce an original loaf. Delicious with cheese or simply butter.
Spray free white flour, organic whole wheat flour, figs, toasted fennel seeds, water, sea salt.
