Wai-Ora Honey is a family run apiary located in the heart of the South Island Mānuka country. They produce several different varieties of raw honey that are a perfect accompaniment to Bellbird’s breads. The beekeeping and extraction processes are 100% natural and run entirely by the Thompson family with care and expertise. Wai-Ora is a Māori word meaning ‘liquid health’. Eating Wai-Ora honey means that you are eating honey produced in the New Zealand wild and fully harvested and packaged by a family that believes in the health and vitality of each bee and every drop of honey. Storage tips: Make sure to store honey in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator. Keep out of direct sunlight.
