A great pizza starts with a great base! This quantity of dough will make one large pizza or two medium ones.
Instructions: Bring dough to room temperature before use and turn your oven on high. On a well floured surface, stretch dough with your hands or a rolling pin. Be generous with the amount of flour, you don’t want the dough to stick! Transfer onto a sheet of baking paper. Add tomato sauce and toppings. Bake in a hot oven, ideally on a pizza stone or a thick baking tray, until golden and crispy.
Please bring a large container when you pick up your dough. Pick up from the Tannery only. Refrigerate immediately upon arriving home. For best results, use on the same day.
