Quince & Walnut Danish

Each month we bring a new pastry to add variety to our existing range.

Celebrate the beauty of autumn colours and flavours in this seasonal Danish! Slow poached quinces sit on a bed of vanilla pastry cream in a circle of flaky croissant dough. They are topped with toasted walnuts and a delicate rose water syrup.
