We specialise in high quality breads, particularly sourdough, and traditional French pastries. 

Everything is made by hand in our bakery in Woolston. As much as possible we buy our ingredients local and/or organic. We use New Zealand butter, Canterbury grown and milled flour and free-range eggs from Opawa market.  

FAQ

First we’ll create a wholesale account for your business. You will then receive an email with all the information you need to log into our wholesale customer website and make your first order. We are available to take orders on the phone, however our wholesale ordering website is the best place to view and change all your orders.

We have a delivery driver leaving the bakery at 6:30am 7 days a week. Typically we can arrange delivery for most businesses between 7am and 9am.

You are also welcome to arrange your own carrier or collect orders yourself from our bakery in Woolston. All products are generally ready to leave our premises after 6:30am.

Customers from outside of Christchurch City will need to contact us directly to arrange a freight option.

All new customers are expected to pay invoices within 7 days of delivery. We send out daily invoices through email. Please ask if you’d like weekly statements issued otherwise there will be statements sent at the beginning of the following month.

Yes, we can package bread for retail sale with information about the type of bread and its ingredients.
