Our viennoiserie is made using traditional methods, layering butter carefully and allowing the dough to ferment, resulting in flaky and tender pastries. We favour simple and high-quality ingredients, such as real NZ butter, local pastured eggs, organic cane sugar, fair-trade chocolate, and locally grown and milled flour. Boysenberry Danish

Our latest seasonal danish brings together two great things: juicy boysenberry and seriously good chocolate. We use Weave Cacao's 70% dark chocolate for the pastry cream base, which directly supports cacao farmers in Papua New Guinea.
Topped with toasted coconut chips and finished with an apricot glaze. Best of all, it's completely plant-based.- Ingredients

Storage tips: Croissants can be frozen, thawed and reheated in a 180°C oven until crispy. They can also be kept in an airtight container for 1-2 days and crisped up in the oven.

Pain au Chocolat

Classic French pastry filled with a generous amount of 70% dark chocolate. We use Weave Cacao and their direct trade chocolate which supports cacao farmers in Papua New Guinea.

Pain aux Raisins

Fruit Danish

Cranberry Friand

Ever tried a cranberry grown on the West Coast? Ours come from Cranberries Westland near Hokitika, New Zealand's only cranberry grower and a family run farm.
We bake them into our melt in the mouth almond friand, then finish it with a house made orange glaze for a little extra sweetness. In France, these little cakes are known as financiers. Made with almonds, they're naturally gluten free.
