A favourite among custard lovers: a base of flaky croissant dough filled with housemade vanilla pastry cream and topped with fruit. Our most popular version is made with blueberries. However, we like to offer a seasonal variety, which will change throughout the year: pear in winter, stone fruit in summer… Keep your eyes peeled!
