Cranberry Friand
Ever tried a cranberry grown on the West Coast? Ours come from Cranberries Westland near Hokitika, New Zealand’s only cranberry grower and a family run farm.
We bake them into our melt in the mouth almond friand, then finish it with a house made orange glaze for a little extra sweetness. In France, these little cakes are known as financiers. Made with almonds, they’re naturally gluten free.
So if you’re looking for an alternative to pastries, this one is a lovely treat to try!
