If you are looking for an alternative to pastries, here is a delicious treat for you! A melt-in-the-mouth almond friand with a fruity centre. In France, these little cakes are known as financiers. Made with almonds, they’re naturally gluten free.
Our current seasonal variety is Brown Butter & Boysenberry – nutty browned butter folded through an almond batter, with a jammy boysenberry centre and a little meringue on top.
