Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The Bellbird Bakery Customer Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is operated by Bellbird Baked Goods Ltd (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility and Location

The Program is only valid at Bellbird Bakery stores in Christchurch, New Zealand. It does not apply to purchases made at Farmers’ Markets or any other external events where Bellbird Baked Goods may be present.

 

How to Participate

  1. Obtaining a Loyalty Card
    Customers can obtain a free Loyalty Card by visiting any participating Bellbird Bakery store.

  2. Earning stamps
    To earn stamps, present your Loyalty Card at the time of purchase. You will receive one (1) stamp for every $20 spent on goods. Stamps are not retroactive for past purchases.

  3. Eligibility for stamps
    Stamps are only valid if issued by Bellbird Bakery. Invalid stamps, including those with hole punches or other alterations, will not be accepted.

  4. Special promotion
    On Sundays, customers who arrive by bicycle will receive two (2) stamps for purchases of $20 or more. Proof of bicycle usage may be required.

 

Redeeming rewards

  1. Redemption process
    To redeem your rewards, present your Loyalty Card at the point of sale. You can redeem ten (10) valid stamps for a $20 discount on your current purchase.

  2. Redemption limitations
    The $20 discount can only be applied once per transaction. The discount must be used in one single transaction and cannot be combined with other offers or Loyalty Cards.

 

Additional information

  1. Lost or stolen Cards
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards. Replacement cards will not be issued.

  2. Restrictions
    Loyalty Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers and are not redeemable for cash or other rewards. They are non-transferable and non-sellable.

  3. Program termination and changes
    We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Program at our discretion. Any changes or termination will be communicated via our website at https://www.bellbirdbakedgoods.co.nz.

  4. Governing law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the laws of New Zealand.
