Porridge Sourdough

We make a porridge with organic rye and barley grown in North Canterbury, then add this to our signature sourdough dough. The result is a wonderfully tender, moist, almost custard-like crumb and a loaf with excellent keeping qualities.

Spray-free white flour, whole wheat flour, rolled rye, rolled barley, water, salt.


Contains wheat, gluten.
May contain traces of sesame seeds and walnuts.
