Waitaha Sourdough

A delicious sourdough made with certified NZ Grown Grains, white flour from South Canterbury and organic whole wheat flour North Canterbury. Waitaha is the word for Canterbury in te reo.

This loaf has a moist crumb and a crunchy, robust crust. Delicious with butter and a sprinkle of sea salt, or for any occasion or meal that needs bread.
