Rye Sourdough

Our traditional rye sourdough is made with 100% organic wholemeal rye flour grown in North Canterbury. It has a wonderful rich, nutty flavour and deep colour. Because it has no wheat flour in it, this loaf is naturally denser than our other sourdoughs, making it a popular choice for Dutch-style sandwiches. For the same reason, some people find it easier to digest than white bread.
