This sourdough shows the same qualities as the Waitaha sourdough, with the delicious addition of toasted local walnuts. It is a perfect addition to your cheeseboard – being especially outstanding with blue-type cheeses.
We also love to cut this nutty loaf into thick slices and spread them with some good quality butter and local honey. A very tasty and nourishing breakfast!
