Our latest seasonal Danish brings together two great things: delicate poached pear and seriously good chocolate. We use Weave Cacao’s 70% dark chocolate for the pastry cream base, delicous, and directly supports the farmers in Papua New Guinea. Topped with toasted coconut chips and finished with an apricot glaze. Best of all it’s Completely plant-based!
